This was a delightful change of pace, after slogging through so many dark YA novels. The author, inspired by Goldman's PRINCESS BRIDE, has created a great comedy-adventure for all ages. I was saddened to discover that this was the only novel written by Will Allen, who passed away only a few months after its completion. This could have been the first of a great series :o)
