This system has always allowed the chance to mail 48 hours to mail after you say you will mail, yet tonight it canceled two of my orders that were going out tomorrow? I marked I could mail on 28. It gave the usual message you have until the 30 at 11 pm to mail or don't receive any credits. It just turned 30 like three hours ago and canceled all my packages early. So what's going on,a glitch? |

If you go to your Transaction Archive and find these transactions, you can click details to verify the dates. If it still looks wrong after you've done that, you would need to use the Contact Us link under Company at the bottom of the page to send a feedback message to the PBS Team. They are the only ones who would be able to tell you for sure if there was a glitch and get it fixed. The orders will have rolled over to other senders though, so you should not mail the two books that were ordered from you. Just repost them to your bookshelf. |

Did you print the labels or access the address in anyway? If not then the requestor could have cancelled the transaction on their end. Which is allowable up until the address is accessed by the sender. |

If the order was canceled in the middle of the night, it was probably PBS that canceled it. It does sound like it was canceled a day early. |

You can double-check the dates in your transaction archive (accessed via your My Account menu) Click on the request details there, near the PM button for the transaction. The PBS servers do their automatic cancellations shortly after 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time. If PBS canceled them early, go down to the bottom right corner of any page here. Under "company" click on "contact us", and use the Feedback option to talk to the Admin Team. |
