Oops.

You have done the right thing.  I haven't heard that there are any glitches in the system, but that doesn't mean there aren't.  You can also send the book to your requestor directly, by using the "send to a friend" option or directly from the requestors WL.  I would suggest however, that before you print the wrapper again, to log off PBS, shut down your computer, then log back in.  That may clear anything that might have happened with your computer.

I went to print a wrapper the other day, and accidently hit the 'CANCEL" button on a WL book.  I immediately relisted the book, and PMd the WLd person.  Everything turned out fine, but I was sure I'd hit the "PRINT WRAPPER" button, and I also got the 'dreaded red X".

When I hit CANCEL though, it did take my book out of the system and I had to repost it.  Pat

Yes, it seems like they moved the cancel button closer to where the print button is.  I keep almost cancelling requests, too.

Yes, here, too!  The Cancel button being above the Print button is going to mean we all have to be very careful.  I canceled a request myself a couple of days ago.

Now, I did send in feedback asking why there wasn't pop up asking "are you sure you wish to cancel this request" and I got back a reply.  They said that when they test it, the pop up IS there on both FF and IE, so if I (or anyone) is still not seeing the box to dump the cache.

I did that, but havent' tried to cancel anything else as a test. ;-)
