Since recent upgrades here I have had "auto-typing" going on when I write PMs or post in the forums. Sometimes I don't see that the system finished typing a word for me so it's not till I see the entire msg that I realize there was a wrong word in it---so I've had to do a lot of edits on posts lately.

Anyone else notice this?

It sounds like it might be an issue with your browser, rather than with the site.  I haven't hear of that.

I haven't had that happen, either.

It just started less than a week ago and is only happening when I'm signed on here.  If my big girls didn't have it on their cell phones for texting, I wouldn't even have known what it was!

I haven't had it happen either.  Are you guys that are having the issue typing on regular computers?  What browser are you using?

I'm using Internet Explorer and haven't had auto-typing.  Maybe it's a Firefox and Safari issue?

I'm a Firefox user too and have not had that happen at all.

I also use Firefox and haven't had this at all. Perhaps your browser did an automatic update that changed things or changed settings? I used to have that happen occasionally with updates on IE, which I now only use at work because I have to. LOL

I use Safari on laptop and MAC PC. it's not autocorrecting on any docs or email I write.
