I was wondering if anyone has used the T-Tapp method of exercise and if so....how did you like it. I am a bit ...ok quite a bit uncoordinated and was wondering if I would be able to do it. Rebecca |

I did it for several years, and still do occasionally (note to self - need to start back up). It actually helps you build coordination by exercising core muscles, and you build up your level of fitness as you go. Just be sure to follow the form tips in the videos carefully, and have a big bottle of water handy. |

I looked through the book and it looks like it will be easier to watch it on a disk and use the book for reference.
