A truly beautiful book and story. Would make a great gift!

This is just the saddest book I have ever read...a poor little boy who dies and then feels lonely in heaven? Horrible! I can't imagine loneliness in Heaven, or of other heavenly beings being so cruel as to make a poor little boy feel unwanted. Definitely not a picture of the Heaven I believe in, where all little ones (and big ones too!) are loved immensely.

Good Read for my Sunday School Students

This is the sweetest Christmas tale ever. The art work is exceptional as well. It is the story of a little boy who finds himself in heaven right before the Christ is born.

This is a-huge hardcover with a dust jacket and a very large book. It is a beautiful copy.A must have Christmas story. I have been enthralled by this story since I first saw it as an animated movie in the basement of my grammar school about 50 years ago. The story is timeless so don't be afraid to buy it. The illustrations are beautiful. As our family grows, each youngster gets a book for Christmas, signed, dated and with a written sentiment especially for them.
This is the story of a little angel who doesn't quite fit into the standards of Heaven. This little misfit offers his humble gift at Christmas and then fears he will be ridiculed when his crude offering is compared to the gifts from the other angels. Then something happens; but you should read the story yourself.
