Senator J. William Fulbright authored a handful of books including two that I have read.
"Arrogance of Power" and this book.
I like both books, but this, a later book, is my preference.
Mr. Fulbright was a critic of Viet Nam and many aspects of the Cold War.
He argues his opinion eloquently and his books communicate his ideas clearly.
This is an excellent book from an American statesman.
