Sometimes when I read a thread and I know TPTB have posted within it, I'd like to go directly to their response to see how the issue was handled instead of wading through pages of member discussion/dispute.  I was going to suggest that they add this feature, but before I do I'm wondering if there already is a trick to do this that I just don't know about.  Any thoughts?

Most of the time the answers really can be found in the Terms of Use down below or at the help center up above. I don't think though, that if you're dealing with a long thread and TPTB send in a response that you can go directly to that response without scrolling quickly through the pages. You should see that little red megaphone though so that'll help you spot it quickly.

I was thinking that too. For example the Amazon post is 10 pages long, if you only wanted to read the PBS post how to find it.

Open the post, select search this topic, nickname PBSTeam and it will take you right there.

Are you sure you went to

Search this topic

search by nickname - if you didn't put PBSteam in the nickname slot you are right, it will pull up every time someone said PBS

I'm sure it works, I tried it before I posted

Yes, I put a space:  PBS Team...  Then I went back and re-read, saw there was no space and tried again!  I was hoping you wouldn't notice... ;)

I didn't know you could do that.

I see there is a "Search This Forum" button too.  I have wished for that option many a time, but I always looked for it on the main forum search.

Neat!
