Sara had no religious training whatsoever, her mother for example, an atheist. When she walks into that church one day and takes communion, she has no idea how very much her life is about to change.
I love reading about people's spiritual struggles, and this book is radical and different than most you will read like this. It challenged me and made me think, and wonder, how is that someone so new to loving God, can do so very much to "feed his people" while most of us sit back and watch.
Some of the recounting of her past jobs and life did bore me a little, which is why I held back and only gave 4 stars. But if you too, enjoy reading of other's spiritual journeys, and aren't afraid to be challenged or look beyond what you "think" you know, then it's definitely worth the read.
