I'm glad you posted about that experience- usually people only mention the bad experiences!

I've had a few bad experiences with RWAP situations, but most people have been very courteous.

Yup. I had one this week. After the last RWAP I had, I wasn't holding my breath. But she got back to me right away with an apology and prompt refund of my credit!
