This is an excellent book for anyone wanting to assess their heart health. The information is presented in a very user-friendly approach for those without medical background, but it also covers a great deal of technical, medical information. The ideas for improving health are very practical. This book is a must- read for anyone with a family history of heart disease or any kind of cardiac problems.

It seems like a good book, I could just never wade through all of it. Perhaps someone else can get better use out of it.
