The plot was so propelled by a Big Misunderstanding and contrivances that prevented the hero and heroine from actually talking. They're talking about the need to talk, but then they don't talk because the hero says he needs to run home and put on a clean shirt. WTF? Very bored. Avon is putting out some dump crap this past decade.
I really liked this book. The characters are complex and interesting.
It was a very good read , characters were interesting. I can't wait for the next one from Lavinia Kent
