helps not to over cook
This hardcover book is one of the best microwave cookbooks I've seen. It's an oldie but an absolute goodie! The techniques and hundreds of recipes shown are very detailed with step-by-step instructions. EVEN the photographs are shown step-by-step through to the finished product. Another benefit shows the cook how to convert a standard recipe for microwave cooking. From meats to fruit dishes to sauces to drinks to vegetable dishes to desserts...there is probably a recipe in here for just about anything you can think of! All sorts of tables are included and the last part of the book shows how to dry flowers in your microwave. This book gets a 5 star from me.
