The tape covers counting, parts of the body, colors, "baby words" (like diaper, bottle, etc.), lothing, animals, and some short phrases. The insert has all of these in English and Spanish for those of us who need to see the word. If you know some basic Spanish, a lot of this will be repetitive, but the baby words and phrases are helpful since they don't teach "let's change your diaper" in high school Spanish!
