I have 2 books requested. 1 is due to be mailed today and the other I just accepted. The problem: I cannot see the second book, there are no print wrapper button, no pm button, no mark as mailed .. Nothing! I already contacted PBS but that can take a day or two and have no way to let the requester know that I cannot see anything but the picture of 1 book! Anyone else having trouble?

Problem solved I guess ... must have been a hic cup!
