Hi,

My high school daughter needs a technology credit before she graduates.  I just installed Power Point, Excel and Microsoft office onto her computer.   Are there any good textbooks out there, or any BCIS texts out there that I can use to learn these programs, so that I can teach them to her next year?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks,

Naomi

Hi there, Naomi.

Check out this website for some free online high-school level courses.  If you scroll down, you'll find some links to MS Office tutorials.  (The "WebTeacher" link doesn't seem to work anymore, but the Office tutorials and the web page authoring class links are still good.)

Here's the link: www.hoagiesgifted.org/online_hs.htm

I know there are more; if I have time to check my bookmarks, I'll add more to the list.

Good luck,

Dana
