I sent a member an important message regarding a book they requested from me. However, when I look at the "from me" messages, and click "read" and then "unread" no check appears next to the message for either.... Why doesn't it say if it's been read or unread? Is it possible that, even though it shows up in my sent box, it wasn't really sent?

If there's no check then it means they've read it.  However, there can be a check and they've read it from their e-mail and not the PBS message site.  Good luck. Pat

That is odd, Melissa, that it doesn't show a checkmark for either read or unread.  I don't know why that would be.  If it is on your "from me" list, it seems it would have to be sent, but maybe there was a problem in the sending process.  Does it appear in your "Club Communications" folder, which is on the yellow bar on your My Account page?

Why don't you send the message again, to be sure.
