This book was given to me at a low time in my life and the comfort and clarity I gained from reviewing this short book repeatedly was the life preserver I needed at the time. The ten commandments are clear, concise and unbelievably exactly what I needed to remember and continually remind myself about my life and the choices that I had made. Such as, Thou shalt not surround thyself with people that make you fell bad about yourself. Very well written and organized. I will have a copy on my shelf forever! If you know someone who has come out of a bad relationship, is experiencing turbuluency in their lives...this book will ground them and give that little boost to care enough to heal themselves. It did for me...I can't reiterate it enough! LIFE SAVER!!
