This book is, in my opinion, an absolutely wonderful read for Christian teenagers, or any teenager (if they can deal with the Christian references). It really pinpoints a lot of the issues that teens face, and once in awhile, through my teen years, I would catch myself thinking back to things mentioned and thinking a little harder about what I was doing. I think this is a great book for teens, and I've used the advice in it to counsel my younger brother, younger cousins, and my friends who are younger teens.
