Hi guys,

I'm not sure if it is OK to post someone's name if you think they did something good, so I will just describe this good member that I dealt with today.

I had to mark a package "RWAP - Damaged by Post Office", and I sent the appropriate PM to the other member, and she responded in about 10 minutes, refunded my credit (even though I didn't request it back) and was just generally really nice about the whole thing.

Plus, this person has only been a member about a month.

So, Thank you "Member X", I hope you remain a PBS member for a long time!

Second, I wanted to thank all you guys who post the rules so often in the forums. When I first joined, I learned a lot just be reading some of the old topics!

Can I add one? I had to mark a book RWAP and the person refunded my credit with no fuss and was so polite about it. I wished that I could have written something in the resolved part of the transaction archive to let TPTB know how nice she was.

But that's partly b/c you are so nice, too.  What goes around comes around.      :)   D.
