Do you leave the card pockets in the books?

I ordered some library books from another member and all the card pockets were torn out, thus damaging the back cover, making them unpostable for me. Thought I'd better check before browsing. Thanks for understanding.

I usually do leave the pockets --- they are relatively inoffensive. I do however remove the card and the due date slip, if it is only lightly pasted on. But really, very few of these are actual library books, with all of the stickers and stamps, etc. Most of these are donations from our families, after the student has read it once, and if I already have enough copies of the given book, or require a hardbound version. I would estimate that only about 15 - 20% of my books are former library books.

If you decide to order this deal, I will be letting you have the titles before I send them. I will also be happy to let you know the condition of the books. But all of the books included in this deal meet PBS standards, and they are currently sitting on my bookshelf here.

Thanks for your interest!
