Thomas Eugene Baker is a constitutional law scholar and a current professor at the Florida International University College of Law.
Baker received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law and served as a law clerk in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He later spent three years working for the Supreme Court of the United States, as a judicial fellow and acting Administrative Assistant to Chief Justice William Rehnquist.
