well i am not completly done with the book yet we are using it in my college course and i already have learned so much from it. the mind is one crazy thing cause its your life and i did not know this untill i started with this book in my class so i have a middle rating for it cause i have not been through the whole book i am sure when i am done with it that my rating would be a lot higher
