interesting version of 3 Billy Goats Gruff. This one has a slant on Mother goats job of knitting booties and blankets from the goats fluffy wool. The troll is appeased and the goats are silenced with booties to cross the bridge. The read alouds I used it for were voted as most liked of 3 by the third grade and kindergarteners. Colorful illustrations were great.
