"Three From the Legion" collects stories from (mainly) an early part of Jack Williamson's long career -- almost as long as American science fiction magazines. Serialized publication in 1934 of "The Legion of Space" was followed by "The Cometeers" (1936), and "One Against the Legion" (1939)."
