This is by far one of the worst books I've ever read. The writing style was that of a teenager and the premise of the book is VERY misleading. It is reviewed as a book with a humorous account of a doctor receiving fertility treatments. Really the book is about a doctor who barely even struggles with the concept and has everything handed to her on a silver platter because she is a doctor. Then she bashes her own lower SES patients and spends the last 1/4 of the book whining about the "tragedy" of having to find a live-in nanny so she can leave her precious babies. Shame on Dr. Schapiro for being so self-center she fails to understand the bigger picture- infertility hurts and not just you.
