TIDEWATER PROMISE is the short story about Courtney McClellan and Cameron (a cabin boy from a ship the McClellan's owned in TEMPTING TORMENT).
It was obvious in the third McClellan book that Cam and Courtney had a special relationship. This short story was charming and I was glad the author had thought to complete their story. However, during post-Revolutionary times, premarital sex was not as common as the author implies through the McClellan series.
TIDEWATER PROMISE was added to the end of the 2001 edition of TEMPTING TORMENT.
