I've just opened my new bookshelf with 60 good Historical romance novels - almost ALL of which have received at least a "4 heart" rating (and some 5 heart "keepers" too) from the book reviewers at The Romance Reader.com. I don't collect anything that doesn't receive at least a 4 heart rating, unless it's part of a series I really want to finish. Willing to enroll in Box-O-Books & do 2 or more for 1 deals in exchange for select books from my wishlist (once I get more familiar with the website & service). Especially want:

Kim, while this might not violate the rule about offering extra credits for books (It does IMO, but I"m not sure it does technically), it does violate the rules Robert has posted in the Sticky Thread "Book Bazaar Tour". One of the "General rules" states: (5) No swapping books-for-books unless the swap is between two "Boxers"(subscribers to Box-O-Books). For example, posting "I will send you this book if you will send me that book" or "I will send any three books from my bookshelf for this one book I want" is not permitted unless both members are Boxers. If you are a Boxer, why not peek into other Boxers' bookshelves from the Box-O-Books area to see if books youwant are available? You can save a lot of postage and credits this way! (the second bold is mine) ******

Sorry, didn't mean to do that. I meant to say I was willing to put myself in the Box-O-Books thing if people turned out to have books I'm looking for and were willing to swap for some of the ones on my bookshelf. I edited it. Still too new to get everything right... Last Edited on: 8/11/07 2:52 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
