I have a limited membership so I get 30 free swaps for the year. I just requested a book a few minutes ago and I now have 29 swaps left. I didn't realize we were starting already.

Yes, today is the 15th.  This was the announced day that the new features would go into effect.

for some reason I thought today was going to be the last day of the old system. It is interesting seeing the membership symbols on peoples posts.
