I checked out Tokyo Mew-Mew from the library and read it. It was actually really great! Ichigo the main character likes this guy named Masaya and tries to get closer to him by faking her interest in science. The main character gets turned into a cat girl. It's not like the best manga I've ever read, but it's one of my favorites. I wouldn't recommend children under nine read it just because of some violence and mild sexuality. But, overall the manga is great! I would definitely recommend it to kids 9+!
