Do you take out the seeds from the tomato ?

I never did untill i seen a friend doing it and telling me that it's gross.

I just wash them and cut them up.

Any seedless tomato out there LOL

I eat the seeds, but my SMIL won't.  They freak her out and they bought some super expensive blender to grind them up for their homemade tomato sauce.  My grandmother can't eat them because it irritates her diverticulitis.

The "gel"  substance around the seeds  contains a lot of tomato flavor. But it really depends on what I'm cooking---for a salad, when I don;t want it too wet, I take that and the seeds out. But if I'm doing something that is more liquid, like a soup, stew, or sauce, I use it.
