This book was the first ever on toning and it gave me a firm foundation in the uses of it--quick, thorough, and thought-provoking. I really can't recommend this book highly enough for how thorough and encouraging it is. I recommend her audio tapes as well, which are worth their weight in gold if you want to continue with this seriously and have any lingering confusion.
