I like this!  I can do this! 

Everyday:  walk, laugh, meditate (and not necessary in that order!)  Eat 5 small meals a day and drink 8 glasses of water.

I'm in!  Starting tomorrow,  today, I have 2 birthday partys to go to (lots of cake!)
