Lee Scarborough comes upon a brunette sunbathing topless in her back yard and suddenly gets involved in a heist -- sneaking through a stranger's house, on the hunt for $120,000 in embezzled bank money. It looks like an easy score, until he encounters the beautiful and deadly Madelon Butler. Great read! I love these old, hardboiled crime stories.
