I have been reporting this specific book over the past few years, and you have always been very helpful and had them removed. Thank you.

The book was not authorized by the purported author Gene LeBell.

The cover lists Gene LeBell as the author, but that is a lie.

The publisher HNL Publishing was specifically denied permission to use the likeness of Gene LeBell (i.e. his picture) on the cover or anywhere in the book.

Gene LeBell specifically told HNL Pub. that he did not authorize the printing of the book nor the use of his name or any of his background.

The book is a violation of trademark law based on the misrepresentation and unauthorized commercial use of Gene LeBell's name or pictures.

The book violates copyright law by using stories from Gene LeBell's life without his permission.

The publisher of the book printed the book in Bad Faith and has illegally gained from using stories, actual life examples, the name of Gene LeBell and other celebrities without their implied, express, or even informed consent.

The book is additionally full of misinformation and purposefully causing confusion as to whom the real author of the book might be and the incorrect accounts the book claims to be actual facts.

Parts of the book are reprinted from a stolen working manuscript from Gene LeBell.

In general, this book is a perfect example of trademark violations, copyright violations, intellectual property theft, and represents everything that is wrong with lying, crooked publishers, such as HNL Publishing.

Signed,
Gene LeBell
