I was bored and thought I would see where books I've sent have gone since I mailed them.  2 of the books came back to my town.  That sort of surprised me but then it shouldn't since I live in the Dallas area.  And then another book has been swapped about 6 or so times since sending it.

anyone else ever look at that and be amazed and what you can see?

Yes!  I had a book I really liked, and when I checked where it had come from, it had originated in my home town.

since i haven't been on long, i've only received a few with passports.  but for one of them, i noticed that it had criss-crossed the country 4 times already NY->CA->FL->CA - and the first CA location was only about 30 miles south of where i live.  pretty cool!

I love seeing where books have travelled.

My sister and I are both members in differents so I still send her my books through PBS as to not break the chain.

I think that's a pretty cool feature.  One thing that surprised me, though, was how many of the books I've sent out don't seem to have gone any farther than the person I sent them to.  Of course, I guess that shouldn't surprise me since most of the books that I receive go into my TBR mountain and won't be getting re-sent for some time, maybe even years.

I love checking out the Passports.   I get a thrill seeing a book I sent out, go to others, afterwards.

Tonia, go to your transaction archive and click on the foot in the circle.  this will tell you where it came from or where it has gone.

Mary Anne, I have a lot of books that haven't gone anywhere either...but as you said, if they are anything like me it is in a TBR pile.  Mine is nearing 200...yikes!

Too cool.  I never even knew this feature existed.
