I am expecting any day now 4 credits from frugal but having dial up makes searching for books at frugal just about impossible. would someone like to trade? PM me please...i do not want to struggle with frugal any more

What is frugal?

Frugal is another book swapping site with lousy search abilities. I used up all my credits there, and won't use them again. People even bid on auctions in the forums for non book related items just to use up excess credits. Books might fly off your shelf, but if you can't find anything to spend your many credits on, it isn't woth it.

Deborah: I found that if you use the "Books posted today" button several times a day you might at least find a few books to use up your credits on. It appears to be the only way to do any type of search that shows results. I'm on dial up also, but I'm pretty sure the problems go deeper than dial up.

I'm glad I didn't join. I was going to but then when I went over there to nose around a few times I could never get the search feature to work to see what kind of books and volume they had  --- my little whirligig kept spinning and spinning and spinning and wouldn't yield any pages. I gave up.  And I do have high speed Internet.

Way to slow, i stopped going there, but i do have Kiz credit to trade for pbs.

My goodness, for the heck of it, I swung by the site and It TOOK FOREVER to do a search and I even added my email and that took a while to get from them... they need to speed the site up before they loose their customers on that site :(

Sorry Deborah. In rereading this I just realized that we certainly aren't helping you find people who want your Frugal points. That wasn't my intention, sorry again.

I am still trying to figure the site out and if I intend on using it, I'll let you know! Honestly, its a little slower, but thats OK...
