Does anybody collect vintage travel books? I don't mean guidebooks (unless they are pre-1950), but vintage travelogues.
I collect books on Indonesia or the old Dutch East Indies and I would like to trade my old travel books for books on Indonesia.
Just a few examples of the dozens of old travel books I want to trade are: A Wanderer in Florence (1912) by E.V. Lucas,
Sunny Side of Asia (1928) by Richard Maurice Elliott, and Combing The Caribbees (1929) by Harry L. Foster, Coromandel by
John Masters, South of Cadiz by by H. M. Tomlinson (1934), and a high-quality reprint Journal of a Lady of Quality by
Alexander Schaw (1939). All are in either good or very good condition. Bill Dalton, Maine USA.
