About a year ago I was talking to a friend and she told me about a friend of her daughter's whose Mom had (when her children were grown) quit her and sold her house. She'd decided to find out about her past. Her dad had killed her mother when she was just a child and she hoped to find out why. I think that she ended up finding more than she had ever hoped and in the end she wrote a book. I bought her book and then bought a second one and posted them both here on PaperBackSwap. I think it took a lot of courage for her to do this.

I got this email from her the other day and I'm so tickled for her. She gave me her permission to post it here.

"To all my wonderful, loving and caring friends.....I want to thank all of you for your support and prayers! My book is getting closer to becoming a #1 bestseller! Not bad for a self-published author! See the sales ranking below! I know in my heart that God is watching over me. He brought me back to Tennessee to reveal the truth about the deep dark secrets, murders and lies. And if God brings you to something he will see you through it! When the tragedy occured in my family I was so traumatized that I developed a speaking impairment (at age 7). A speech therapist had to work with me for over a year to teach me how to talk again. No one ever envisioned that this little 7 year old girl would someday be speaking to thousands of people, but that is the power of God!

I need more help to keep it there and make it even lower. If you have read my story, PLEASE go to Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble and do a book review for me and continue spreading the word about my book. If you haven't read my story please read the reviews and see what other people are saying about it. Word of mouth is better than a newspaper article! If you check my schedule you will see that I am working hard to spread the word about domestic violence and about CASA........let's all work together by supporting the domestic violence shelters and programs...the foster children desperately need our help, so please consider becoming an advocate for a foster child.

Peace, love and God Bless,
Rosie"
