I thought that if you ordered a book (and it is the only copy) and had RC and the sender marks that it doesn't meet the RC that it would show up in your TA. 

I had a book on my WL and it came up and I guess the sender is a smoker (or the house is a smoking household since this is my only RC) because when I tried to order it again it says that it doesn't meet my RC.  Anyway, it doesn't show up in my TA but other books that were declined do show up.

I am pretty sure no transactions turned down for RCs show up in the TA, only cancelled transactions.

ahhhh, well therein lies my confusion!

the same thing happened to me, and the book was moved to my reminder list.  i just kept checking back there and if there was only one copy available, tried to order it to see if it was the same copy - which it was.  when there were eventually 2 copies in the system, i was able to order the book.  or if it goes down to 0 copies you can add it back to WL.

I hate that I have to now wait for someone to order the book or another one has to be posted before I move it from my RL to my WL.  not that I need another book!  LOL
