How could you go wrong with a quilt and cat on the cover a book? Well, I guess it isnt too hard. This book is set in 1888. I kept wondering if I was reading a book intended for young adults, because the main character was so immature at times. Then she would go off and get all DR Phil on her father, which again, right like women talked liked that to adult men in 1888. I read 122 pages. and got sick of the yearning burning smoking glances, and the dull conversations. I didnt think the Amish stuff was very authentic, and was really really unhappy with some of the choices the characters made.
Read it if you want but you have been warned. If you really liked it please right a good review to counter act my negative review.
