This book is awsome. I read it through our local library and want a copy of my own. I breaks down the basics into easy doable steps. The point is you have to address more than just a diet, and more than just a exesise or 2. You Must Change your life to have a change in your life. In less than 2 months you've done it, and boom no problem. This program makes it SOOOOOOO simple. I want a copy for my mom and one for my brother, and my sister, and so on. Realy if you've been looking for a change, emotional, diet, anything just try it you'll see it's so easy.
