It was A Local Habitation, by Seanan McGuire.  I intend to inform anyone interested that it's an MP-3 CD audio, of course, as not everyone has equipment to play these.  I got a message that the system doesn't accept "this type of book", but my other one went through OK.  What gives?  There must be something or other I don't know, but I couldn't find anything in the posting regulations.

PS----PBS got back to me on this.  They said that certain numbers are just not in their system and suggested going through the steps required to post a book without a number,  There's nothing wrong with the book or its contents.

I thought the MP-3's were postable at PBS?  What's the ISBN?

ETA - the help documents say CD Rom books are not postable, I'm honestly not quite sure of the difference.

I'd recomment sending in Feedback Barbara, it may be something wrong in the setup of the ISBN. Use the Contact Us link n the lower right under Community. As long as the listing is saying it is an audiobook and discloses it is in MP3 format it should be fine, but sometimes when listings come in from the outside databases they need a little tweeking to get them to work right here.

A CD-ROM book would be a disc that you put in the computer and then read it like an ebook.  I have some from early ebooks that I downloaded and was able to save onto a disc when I trashed my old computer.

PBS does accept MP3 books it's just not accepting your ISBN for some reason. Could be a typo on the box, could be a reused ISBN or something.

Many ISBNs from other countries are also not in the system. I order books from discount websites and receive copies from Australia or Canada or theUK (mostly because that's what they send, not because I order them from those countries) and those ISBNs are never in the system. Most of the time, if you post them, the system will allow you to add the book with its real ISBN, and not just a short one.
