Yes, apparently there is see this blog post here. They look at bit HTF in the US and most likely not in libraries. I put my orders in for the cheapest copies I could find before I came over here and mentioned them devil

Somehow, I am too distracted by the hairdo on the woman on the cover of "Lion of Alnwick" -- she looks like she's got a tiny yoke for carrying milk or something devil

That is one Princess Leia-inspired headpiece, I agree.

Having said that, they look like good books.

Update, I'm about 2/3 of the way through with the first book and enjoying it a great deal. This begins during the reign of Edward III, and Hal (Harry) Percy is still a young lordling very much under the influence of John of Gaunt (or is he?). He marries for love (a Neville and a poor widowed one at that !!) and tries to keep away from the dirty dealings at court, but eventually with little success. There's lots of court intrigue, dirty dealing, fighting the Scots at the northern border and oh that tension between Hal and John of Gaunt.

Good stuff, love the writing. She's also written a book on the Conqueror which I've just ordered.

BTW, there has been some price drops on these over at Abe book and Amazon UK, especially for Lion Dormant which had become a bit on the dear side.

Cathy I feel bad I have got to get to these books. crying Is anyone waiting on them?  If they are maybe I should send them on.  I am so far behind on my reading.  When I was sick I didn't read much.  As soon as I get King's Man read I will get to them promise!
