...but I keep getting an error message. I've tried 4 times so far (once was after logging out & logging back in) but it's not working for me. Is anyone else having any problems?? I'm just wondering if I'm the only one having issues. Maybe you can use the "contact us" button and they can mark it received for you? No issues for me, but I haven't received any books today, either. |

Did you clear your cache & cookies when you logged out? Sometimes that is an issue. I would log out, clear the cache/cookies/history, restart the computer, and log back in. If you stil can't mark it received, I would contacted the team to see if there is an issue. Good luck! Kellie |

I've had a couple of LH questions about it, so it appears to be a system-wide error. I'm sure the problem will be corrected shortly, especially if the Team was sent a note about it. |

I couldn't mark a book received earlier either. It worked for me just a few minutes ago though. |

Thanks everyone! I sent the team a note too & got a reply from them. It was a bug in the system, but the problem seems to be fixed now. |
