I remember seeing several copies of this book in HC at Borders many months ago. The main character comes home to find that all of their family meembers have been murdered. The word "goodbye" or "goodbyes" is in the title. I think the authors last name starts with R or later in the alphabet. Any ideas?

 

ETA: It was not Too Late To Say Goodbye by Ann Rule.

I found it. No Time For Goddbye by Linwood Barclay.
