I have two books about The Twilight Zone and never thought I would buy another. But at the Pulpfest Convention in Dayton, Ohio this past July, I flipped through the pages of this book and I could not put it down. Toss everything you have about The Twilight Zone into the recycle bin. This is the definitive book. Dates of production, production costs, and so much trivia that you will need to digest it episode by episode while watching them on your DVD. Seriously. From this book I discovered how many props were being reused in multiple episodes. Where the boom mike can be seen on the screen. Bloopers, mistakes, the origin of the stories and well, you get the idea. If you re debating which book to buy, trade or swap, this is the book. You will not be sorry. If I had one criticism, it would be that the book only focuses on the original series and not the remakes. But at 800 pages, I guess there just wasn't the room for it.
