Two really odd things have just happened on my account.

1.  I had a book on my shelf which just vanished.  I never deleted it (100% certain of this, I never do anything with my shelf, I hardly ever look at it, let alone delete things from it), there is nothing in my transaction archive or credit registery, it is just gone.  So I reposted it, fine, but still really odd.

2.  I posted a WL book.  It was accepted by a member - I have no idea if it was on autorequest or not.  Now that book is just gone.  The following was in my transaction archive:

I just sent a message to TBTB.  I also received this email:

A club member had requested one of your books titled 'Steampunk' . We sent you an email on 10/22/2009 notifying you of this. Later you told us that you could mail this book by 10/27/09 11:00 ET. Since you have not printed the label for this book yet, we need to cancel the request so that the other club member can order a different book. Also, we have gone ahead and removed this book from your bookshelf. If you would still like to swap this book with other members please repost this book into our system.

Loook at the dates.  I accepted the request this evening.  There's definitely some buggy code somewhere.  Sigh.

Two of my book orders were canceled and I got the same email. What makes me even angrier is that they removed the books from the shelf so Now I have to put them back up!

I have pm'd the two persons to let them know the books ARE available still.

And by reposting, we are losing the FIFO order.  This is a nasty glitch.  I've just lost a double order.

I just got a lot of notices about a bunch of books that were requested from me, I marked will mail by 10/27, and they are gone because it says I did not mark mailed! Also books I've requested are gone!

Does anyone know what is going on? Should I just repost the books and hope they go to the person that they originally went to? Or go to their WL and post there? I had 14 books to mail out and I still had time to print and mark mailed.

And those that I requested... 5 out of 6 disappeared!

I reposted both of mine. 1 was WL and it went right to the same person. If the system cancels a WL book it doesn't offer it the next person in line.
It makes you repost the book.

I put the other book that was on my shelf on my RL and there's only 10 copies in the system.  I went ahead and reposted the book. It had been on my shelf for several months. So I'm a little annoyed. But at least there aren't 100's of copies.  Although it doesn't seem to get ordered much.  I PM'd the request to let them know that I reposted the book if the system didn't reorder it for them. Ah well-maybe I can unload it in a BOB deal.

I complained about this too. I lost 3 book orders and 2 of the books have been in the system for months.
