Question: I posted 2 WL books the other day, accepted, etc., I'll be mailing them Saturday. I found a duplicate copy of one of those WL books and it has 1 person waiting for it. I posted the duplicate a while ago but it isn't showing up on my bookshelf. Is the system showing that I basically still have the first copy, is that why it didn't accept the duplicate (yet)? Maybe I have to mark the book "mailed" before I can post a second copy? I've had duplicate or triplicate copies of WL books before but it was quite a while between postings so there weren't any delays. Just curious, for future reference, if I ever find more duplicates. You can't post duplicate books and seeing as how technically it is still on your bookshelf it won't let you post the other 1. Is my best guess anyway. |

That's what I was thinking, too. Hopefully the book won't be posted by someone else in the next 36 hours so I can do so, Thanks, Christi. Gail |

I know you can't order two copies of one book. You have to wait until the first copy is done (received?) before ordering the second. I'm assuming that it is similar with posting. Probably to protect from posting one book twice. |

You will have to mark the first one mailed before you will be allowed to post the second one. I'm not sure if it needs to be marked received first. Ruth |

As soon as you mark the 1st copy mailed, you can post the second. The system won't make you wait until 1st copy is received. I've done it a few times, keep discovering dupes in Mt. TBR:)
