Another tale of the Cockneys in London's East End. This one is about the luck and pluck of two orphans, 7 year old Ethel, and 10 year old Horace, and their quest to find a home after both of their parents are carried off by an influenza epidemic. They meet Jim Cooper, a one armed WWI veteran who finds a place in his heart and home for the little homeless orphans.
